The Results
The objective of this sprint was to help this local business show up more effectively in search results to support growing and maintaining their current membership.
We did a full SEO optimization to help search engines better understand the structure of the website, the services offered, and to improve EEAT.
In the first couple of months after optimization, impressions improved by about 10,000.
This graph shows a 10k increase in impressions in the first few months.
More importantly, CTR improved, indicating we had improved search intent. This will help both current member and new members find the pages and information they are seeking.
This graph shows a 4% improvement in CTR in the first few months.
Additionally, many primary keywords move up from page 2 to page 1 in search results, helping them grow their business and better advertise their offerings.
Many service keywords moved from page 2 to page 1 in the first few months.
